Because CedarVail products are digital downloads delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded, except where applicable law or the checkout platform requires otherwise.

Problems with your order

If a file is missing, damaged, duplicated, or materially different from its listing, contact us with your order information. We will work to provide the correct files or another appropriate resolution.

Platform policies

Purchases completed through Etsy or Payhip are also subject to that platform’s payment, dispute, and refund procedures.
